we are interested in logging up these sorts of cases
-where peoples are encouraged to twin trade with china without adverse restrictions by governments (of their citizenship) - to take an example- given the most exciting economies of the net generation are win-win knowledge ones why couldn't there be a swap between chinese who want to learn the english language and english speaking peoples who want to learn the chinese language- theoretically tools like skype make such direct peer to peer education the most economical kind our human race has ever seen- we welcome comments on why this theory isn't practical or links to cases where it is happening
